Due to the elevated position of the property, even our lower Hummingbird Deck apartment has a breath-taking, panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, Lower Bay beach, & stunning Admiralty Bay. A spacious, wooden deck extends from the lower floor of the villa, allowing guests to soak up the view, lounge in comfort, as well as dine & entertain al-fresco. Our tropical garden surrounds the deck and attracts daily visits by hummingbirds. Sip on your morning coffee, lounge in comfort, or hop to the nearby beaches. The warm Caribbean sun sets majestically out to the front of the apartment, then hang around to see the twinkling lights from the boats bobbing in the bay, and look up for a spectacular & vivid starlit sky

The apartment has a particularly generous interior, including a living room with twin sofas, breakfast bar, and a well-equipped kitchen. Two sets of hardwood French doors from the living area and the master bedroom, provide access to the deck and keep the sea in view at all times. There is a cooker and fridge-freezer facilitating a comfortable self-catering stay, with plenty of space to relax between beach trips. High-speed fibre Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker, & an air conditioning/fan cooling system all add everyday comfort, without compromising the easy island feel
A flexible place to sleep
Two beautiful en-suite bedrooms sleep one to four guests. The front, master bedroom has a queen-sized four-poster bed with mosquito net, and hardwood French doors open straight out onto the outside deck. The en-suite bathroom includes a rain-style shower. The quiet & cool rear bedroom has twin beds that can be joined to form a superking, making the apartment flexible for couples, friends, or families with older children. The rear bedroom also has its own bathroom. Both rooms have ample storage space & wardrobes. For afternoon siestas, the front deck has handmade sun blinds by Grenadine Sails, providing welcome shade – another way to make the most of the outdoor space

A short walk to the sand
The tropical planting surrounding the Hummingbird Deck includes fruit trees, and the property is very close to both Lower Bay and Princess Margaret Beach.
